Allison David, 50, told authorities she was asleep in her home when she felt someone touching her. At first she dismissed it, thinking it was her daughter. But she soon got a rude awakening when she opened her eyes and saw a man in bed with her, according to reports. Police searched for the man using a canine unit but could find no trace of him, according to reports.

Wild Fight On Transit Bus Caught On Tape

An Oakland college student who shot video of a wild fight on an AC Transit bus said the altercation started because of a remark about shoe shining. "The white guy was asking the black guy for a shoeshine," said Iyanna Washington who shot the video with a small camera. "And I guess the black guy took it as a racist comment, like, 'Why's a black guy have to spit shine your shoes?'" The fight happened just before 3 p.m. Monday on Oakland's NL Bus line. The shoeshine statement started an argument that went back and forth for several minutes.

A Wauwatosa man whose iPhone was stolen from his car used GPS to track it down. Tiernan Paine left a $400 phone in his unlocked car while at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Oak Creek on Thursday night. Police Chief Tom Bauer says the suspect confessed to about six thefts from parked cars.

A Florida man is recovering from neck injuries after another man broke his neck during a fight over a tomato. The injured man stopped on the side of the road so his little girl could pick a tomato from a nearby grove when an irate man jumped out of another vehicle yelling at him. The fight turned physical and the suspect threw the father to the ground, fracturing his neck.
