Student caught using marker arrested by teacher
An Oklahoma teacher last Friday arrested a student for being in possession of a permanent marker.
Apparently the 13-year-old Roosevelt Middle School student violated a little known city ordinance which prohibits the possession of a permanent marker in certain circumstances....Source
