Pooch On Death Row Broken Out Of Calif. Shelter
Alameda police are looking for a pit bull that had some help escaping from an animal shelter just hours before it was scheduled to be euthanized. Police say after a Superior Court commissioner on Tuesday had ordered the dog be put to death because it was a dangerous animal, somebody broke into the Alameda Animal Shelter sometime between 4:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday and took the 70-pound dog....Source
