Mom Accused Of Leaving Baby With Homeless Woman
The Sacramento Police Department arrested a mother on Sunday evening for child neglect after she allegedly left her baby with a stranger. Silvia Marcial, 23, is accused of leaving her one-year-old boy with a homeless woman for about 40 minutes, according to authorities....Source
