Cabbie Who Drove Miami Man To Memphis Out $3,000
Lucilo Perez won't have to pay back a Miami cab driver the $3,000 cab fare he promised to pay him in December in exchange for a 1,600 mile trip to Memphis, a court in the Volunteer State ruled Wednesday. Perez, of North Bay Village, is now free. In General Sessions Criminal Court, Perez pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of theft of property under $500.
