Mail-Order Bride Business Investigated
Russell Walker's first two marriages to American women ended in divorce, so he took to the Internet to find a bride overseas, scanning Websites like one that features hundreds of eligible young women from the Philippines. "I was looking for a different culture like ours used to be where when a man and woman got married it was for life," Walker, of Worthington, said.
