Ex Quebec Lieutenant Governor Files Not Guilty Plea To 6 Charges
Former Quebec Lieutenant-Governor Lise Thibault entered on Tuesday a not guilty plea for six charges of fraud, forgery and breach of trust leveled against her. According to the auditor generals of Quebec and Canada, Thibault spent about $700,000 without justification....Source
