Blind youngster uses bat noises to “see”

Blind youngster Lucas Murray has become the first youngster in the UK to use echoes to visualise his surroundings. The seven-year-old, who was born blind, clicks his tongue against the roof of his mouth to create a sound which he then uses to picture his surroundings.
