Chicago Cabbies Want Rate Hike, ‘Vomit Fee’
Chicago cab drivers are asking for a rate hike and the imposition of various fees, including one that penalizes passengers for throwing up in the taxi. Cab drivers on Thursday asked a Chicago City Council committee to raise their overall rates by about 22 percent....Source

Really can’t blame the cab drivers on this one as they are the ones providing the service and can do what they please. I bet they get thrown up on at least once a week having to take drunk ignorant people to and from bars.
