Thank God someone found this dear one before it froze to death or was killed by another person or animal.
I think this kind of treatment should be reserved for all the greed driven bankers, credit card CEOs, pharmaceutical company CEOs, insurance company CEOs, wall street investment firm CEOs……it actually would be a much more kind treatment than I would devise if left to my own devices!
People wonder why I stay the hell away from people!!!!!
I am not proud to be a human being any day of the week!

That has to be one sick twisted mofo. I hope someone finds him before the aspca or police and does the same to him/her. I would love to volunteer!!! Unfortunately, the sicko will either get fined, probation or maybe weekends. They need to make the laws stiffer & tougher for the people who inflict ANY type of cruelty on any animal.

All I can say is, whenever they find out who did this reprehensible act, THEY should be tightly wrapped in duct tape, and thrown in “the hole”,for good! What type of sick, twisted mind thinks that it is “okay” to treat any type of animal this way?.
