Police chiefs have caused controversy with an advert asking for gay and transgender officers to protect the British royal family. Scotland Yard is looking to hire 30 more officers but have caused outrage by saying applications from women, lesbian, gay, bi-sexual, transgender and ethnic minority officers are "particularly welcomed."...Source
