Update: ‘Naked Burglar’ Surrenders To Police In Pa.
A burglar who apparently had no problem baring it all turned himself into Abington Township police on Tuesday. Michael Victor, 51, surrendered to authorities in connection with the bizarre incident on July 31. According to police, Victor allegedly broke into an apartment. While inside, he vandalized it, scattered women's clothing around and then fled the scene naked with the resident's laptop computer....Source
