Man Calls 911 Then Asks Dispatcher to Hold While Making Drug Deal
Police in Cleveland say a man who called 911 put the dispatcher on hold to make a drug deal. Police say the 20-year-old man called 911 Saturday night to report that two men with guns were watching him near West 44th and Clark Avenue and hung up.
