Burglars Caught After Asking Cop For Ride Home
Five Chicago teens were arrested Sunday and charged with burglarizing a northwest suburban video game store. Two of them were caught after trying to hitch a ride in a police car. I hope this is a lesson to all of you small time criminals. After the commission of a crime its a very bad idea to ask a police officer who is looking for you for a ride. Some more intelligent approaches would be leaving the scene or simply hiding from any police you may encounter.
