This is like the infamous finger in the food story that backfired in the end, only this time nobody fell for it at all. The lady plants a rat in her food then demands $500,000 to not go to the media. The restaurant investigates and finds some holes, the rat was a lab rat cooked in a microwave and there is no microwave at said restaurant plus there probably aren’t domestic mice running around. Now silly little lady faces a slew of charges including felony extortion (like a mobster!). Learn your lesson kiddies? Plan a little harder when extorting an expensive restaurant or they’ll get you!
