To Whitney Stump, turn the tables on these clowns and sue them for negligence. Plus, get ahold of the ACLU, any and all major News Stations and Newspapers in all the major outlets in your area. Its obvious to me that your city leaders graduated at the bottom of their class, if they have any. I wonder how they would feel if someone got runover or killed when it would have taken an hour to paint some lines, and let them know how serious this situation can be. Right now, if some got killed in these non painted intersections, it would probably be their fault for being in the street. Roy Messier Frisco, Tx

Sounds like this person is a bit slow. Painting lines on the street is obviously a crime, now they've got a pointless criminal record because of some strange mental issue.
