Man nabbed after trying to pass a $1 Million bill
Ok, so most people (especially criminals) that make an appearance on offbeat news aren’t the brightest, but this guy is plain retarded. Who thinks someone will accept a million dollar bill, and most of all who the hell is going to have change to break it? He probably would’ve been okay too if he played it off as a joke instead of getting violent. Off beat news is filled with crazies.
